SMM Panel API for Resellers: Connect a Provider in 15 Minutes

If you run your own SMM panel, your provider decides how happy your customers are. Slow starts, drops and failed refills all land in your ticket queue, not theirs. Connecting a provider through the API takes about 15 minutes. This guide covers how it works, the calls you need, and what to check before you move real traffic.

How a provider API works

Almost every SMM panel uses the same API format, so most panel scripts, including Perfect Panel, can connect to any provider with just a URL and a key.

  1. Your customer orders on your panel.
  2. Your panel sends the order to the provider with an add request.
  3. The provider returns an order ID. Your panel checks it with status until it completes.
  4. If followers drop, your panel can send a refill request for that order.

You set your own selling price; the API only deals with what you pay the provider.

Our API details

  • API URL: https://smmpanelprovide.com/api/v2
  • Method: POST
  • Response format: JSON
  • API key: on your Account page after you sign up. Create an account if you don't have one.

The full reference, with example responses, is on our API page.

The five calls you'll use

  • action=services: lists every service with ID, name, category, rate per 1,000, min and max, and whether refill and cancel are available.
  • action=add with service, link, quantity: places an order and returns its ID.
  • action=status with order: returns status, charge, start count and remains.
  • action=refill with order: requests a refill on an eligible order.
  • action=balance: your current balance, so your panel can warn you before it runs out.

Every call also sends key with your API key.

Connecting it to a Perfect Panel site

  1. In your admin, open Settings → Providers and add a new provider.
  2. Enter the API URL above and your API key, then save.
  3. Open Services, add a service, choose our provider and pick the provider service ID you want to resell.
  4. Set your own price and minimum, then place one small test order from a customer account.

Other panel scripts use the same two values, URL and key, under a slightly different menu name.

Which services to connect first

Start with the services your customers complain about most. For most panels in 2026 that is Instagram followers, because cheap follower services have been dropping hard since Instagram's clean-up. The background is in why Instagram followers are dropping in 2026.

Good candidates from our list:

  • Instagram Followers, HQ, non drop, R30: $1.80 per 1,000
  • TikTok Followers, low drop, R30: $3.00 per 1,000 (more in non-drop TikTok followers)
  • Instagram Likes, real users, low drop: $0.0863 per 1,000

Rates change, so read them from action=services or the services list rather than hard-coding them.

Test before you switch

Don't move all your traffic on day one. Connect two or three services, push a handful of real orders through, and measure drop at 5, 15 and 30 days. Our provider testing checklist lists what to record, and how to calculate drop % has the formula.

Also test one refill through the API, so you know your customers' refill requests will be passed on automatically. What R30 and R60 cover is in refill guarantees explained.

Common problems

  • "Incorrect request" or "Invalid API key": check you are sending POST, not GET, and that the key was copied without spaces.
  • Orders stuck in pending: your provider balance may be empty. Check it with action=balance.
  • Quantity errors: your minimum is lower than the provider's minimum for that service.
  • Refill refused: the link changed or went private, or the refill period has ended.

Summary

Connecting a provider takes an API URL, a key and a few test orders. Our endpoint is https://smmpanelprovide.com/api/v2, and it supports services, add, status, refill and balance. Start with the services that cause the most drops for your customers, test them for a month, then move the rest. Sign up to get your API key.
